How much is shipping?

Standard tracked shipping is free worldwide. Priority shipping is available at checkout from $7.95, and your exact delivery estimate is shown there before you pay.

How do I track my order?

Your tracking number is emailed as soon as the necklace ships. Allow 1 to 2 days for the first scan. You can follow it any time on our Track Order page.

What if I made a typo in a name?

Can I return or exchange it?

Personalized pieces are made just for her, so they are final sale. If it arrives damaged or with an engraving error, email us within 3 days of delivery with a photo and we replace it free of charge. The gift bag can be returned within 30 days.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. Once engraving has started the order can't be cancelled. Refunds land back on your original payment method in 2 to 7 business days.
